1. Acceptance of the terms
By accessing or using Buraco KZV (app or website), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, you shouldn't use the service.
2. Description of the service
Buraco KZV is an online card game (1 vs 1 mode), playable in the browser or through the app, that connects players in real-time games.
3. Registration and account
The game doesn't currently require an account — you just type a nickname to play. If a login is offered in the future (for example, to keep statistics), you'll be responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
4. User conduct
- Don't use tools, scripts or automated means to gain an unfair advantage in a game.
- Don't use your nickname or the chat (when there is one) to insult other players, or for illegal or abusive content.
- Don't try to interfere with the server or with other accounts.
We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules.
5. Intellectual property
The code, art, name and visual identity of Buraco KZV belong to LogicMind (or to their respective licensors) and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
6. Ads
The app may show ads from partners (such as Google AdMob/AdSense) to keep the service free. The content of those ads is the responsibility of the respective advertisers.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for losses caused by temporary unavailability, dropped connections or events beyond our control.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Relevant changes will be shown by the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and any disputes will be resolved in the competent court under the applicable law.
