1. Who we are
Buraco KZV is an online card game developed by LogicMind. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the app or the website, how we use that information and what rights you have over it.
2. What data we collect
- The nickname you type to play — used only to identify you at the table, on the game score and in the Hiscores ranking. Since other players can see it, we recommend not using your real name.
- Technical connection data (IP address, device type, app version) — needed for the server to work and to diagnose problems.
- Anonymous identifier and game statistics — the first time you open the game, we create a random code for your device (it isn't linked to your real name, email or Google account). We associate your most recent nickname and your game statistics (games played, wins and score) with it, and they feed the public Hiscores ranking. That ranking shows only the nickname and the statistics.
- Preferences saved on your own device (sound, card back, last nickname used) — they stay on your device and are not sent to our servers.
3. How we use this data
We use the data we collect to: run multiplayer games, keep the score, statistics and Hiscores ranking, show ads (see section 5), fix bugs and improve the game, and meet legal obligations when required.
4. Sharing with third parties
We don't sell your personal data. We may share information with service providers who help us run the game (such as hosting providers and, when enabled, ad providers), always limited to what the service needs to work.
5. Ads
The Android app shows ads from Google AdMob. AdMob and its advertising partners may collect the device's advertising ID, the IP address and information about how the app is used in order to show and measure ads, including personalized ads. Google handles this under its own policy: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Consent. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent before showing personalized ads, as required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can refuse and keep playing normally, with non-personalized ads. To review that choice later, open the ? button in the game, the About tab, and tap Privacy options (ads).
In any country, you can also reset or delete the advertising ID in your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
6. Storage and security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect the data we handle. No system is 100% risk-free, but we work to keep your information safe.
7. Your rights
Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you can request confirmation of, access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data — including removing your nickname and your statistics from the ranking — by contacting us through the channel below. Tell us the nickname you use in the game so we can find the record. The step-by-step to request deletion is on Delete your data.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Relevant changes will be shown by the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
